Basketball Camp

I was having trouble downloading this so I am a little late.Two weeks ago was a basketball camp at church.
Levi had so much fun. Melvin was a former Globetrotter who lead a camp at our church. There was emphasis on character, as well as technique and they complimented one another. Besides the fact he learned a few new skills, the highlight was being in the championship game. Even though they lost, it was an exciting time and he made a few great shots during the game. He has said in the past that he would like to be a pro player when he grows up, now he is encouraged because Melvin was not that tall either.

I think he really loved playing one on one with Nolan's friends. He said he beat them fair and square. They kept calling him "lil Nolan" which made him feel special.

We will do this camp next year and make sure we bring the neighborhood boys!
