Wild At Heart

Here is my mountain man!! He just got back from hunting with his dad in New Mexico. This is an oryx and we will be eating him for dinner tomorrow. I have some steaks that he cut up marinating right now. More than how handsome he looks in his camo is his excitement from a successful hunt. I say successful not only because of the oryx but because of the time spent with his dad. I know now never to underestimate how much a fathers influence into his sons life means. A little boy in a mans body looking forward to time spent with a man he truly respects-it doesn't get much better.

I love this outdoorsman and his love for the wilderness! It is something I never grew up with and I am so glad he has introduced me to a world in which I never knew. He really is 'wild at heart'
