First Urgent Care Visit

At a baseball game today, Levi tripped and hit the corner of a metal bench. OWWW!! As blood gushed everywhere the call was to get stitches or not. We put ice on it and a Dr. at the game put a butterfly band aid on it. There was so much blood that when we got home I found his ear was cut also, yuck!! Since we were at a game and all we had to clean it was a clean diaper, I decided to be on the safe side. I took him in (after the game because he did not want to leave his team hanging) and they cleaned the ear and face. They decided on dermabond glue because of the pain level and thought it would work just as well as stitches. I have never heard Levi scream that loud before. It was very sad to see him in such pain! He now has it covered and glued until it heals. On a good note, we did go see "Horton" to make him feel better and it helped. We did video it, but no pictures... All in all, I think being seven for the first visit to urgent care is pretty amazing :-)
