SUPERBOWL

Our tradition for Superbowl has been a crab boil. Just cook up a bunch of sausage, potatoes, corn on the cob,craw fish, shrimp, and the best part-crab legs. We dump it in the middle of the table and with butter dishes beside, dig in. It is a messy affair and not for the faint at heart (especially with all that craw fish) to eat this way. We just throwaway the tables cloth in the end and it makes for easy cleanup.

We play Bocci ball outside while the kids are playing around us. This year Carlyle made carnival funnel cakes along with a home made cheesecake-yum! We eat way too much and try to guess what the score will be after each quarter. Even though the Cardinals did not win, we had fun cheering them on. It was an exciting game to watch and great company to enjoy watching with!
