Lemon Tea Cakes

I made these yummy cakes for our neighbors. I saw the recipe on the Food Network and I had to try them. I love watching on Saturday mornings, and then cooking on Saturday night. Scott has tried to cook quite a few of his own recipes and had a hidden cookbook that I am not allowed to touch. In it, he creates and is artistic in his own, use-every-dish-and-mixing bowl-in-the-entire-kitchen kind of way. They were delicious, and my favorite, easy to make.
