A Blessing is Flourished

Recently, this daughter of mine, made a presentation to our Women's Bible Study group. She was able to share what she learned about going to the inner city in San Francisco on a mission trip this summer. I was able to sit back and just praise this great God who answers prayers.

I have prayed for her since she was a baby to know God and love Him as her own God. That is just what I was feeling as I listened to her share about who God is in her own personal life to my peers. I was so taken aback with emotion as I realized God is using her in His kingdom. Not from any help from me, but because He loves her and delights in her, even more than I do. What a concept,to think He prepared a way for her to know Him better as she serves Him with her time, effort and heart. God is so good!

To say that I am proud of her is and understatement, to say that she loves the Lord and is serving Him is the blessing I have prayed for since she was born. I am thankful I was able to observe her being who God created her to be!
