Hallie has been Cassidy's mentor for the last three years and in Junior high her leaders were not consistent so when Hallie came in the picture, she was a breath of fresh air. She has walked next to Cassidy spiritually, emotionally and some times physically. She has spent many hours at Starbucks just listening, sleepovers and camp nights laughing. I love this lady for how she has loved my daughter. She has been a genuine friend and has had Gods love for everyone around her. I feel blessed God has let her path cross with Cassidy and am thankful for her heart for the girls of this generation. She has modeled humility, integrity, mercy and grace. She totally rocks!

Yvonne, What a blessing your words are! My daughter is amazing and ever moment I have with her is a joy. She pours out herself on everyone in a refreshing ray of light for Christ. I admire her so much. I am so relieved I get another year with her....but I know even when that year passes, our relationship will never end. Thank you for so openly and willingly sharing your only daughter with me. I love you and her both very, very much.
Just re-read my comment and busted up because I said, "my daughter is amazing...." I really truly meant YOUR DAUGHTER....I wasn't trying to steal her, I promise!
I knew you meant 'your daughter', but with all that mentoring, it is hard to see the difference sometimes:) I love your influence and am thankful for your presence, even if you were trying to steal her (JK):)
