Levi was chosen to be on our league's All Star team. They are 9-10 year old boys who are the best of the teams in our league that play the other leagues throughout the city and state. Levi is the youngest and smallest on the team, but you could not tell that by the heart he has shown for this game. He is privileged enough to play 3rd base. It has been such a great experience for him and the coaches are phenomenal at teaching and the game of baseball. It is an honor to be chosen and the commitment is huge. He has practice 5-6 days a week for 2-3+ hours. Although, at the end of every practice he states," he is not ready to go home yet and can he stay just a little longer?"

It is the first time he has really taken to a specific sport. He chose not to participate in soccer this year so that he can play club ball as well as fall ball. We will see how it fits into our family time, but I think that he loves it enough to work so hard that he makes it all the more fun. More details to follow.......
